Preserve Plantation Neighborhood

The “Preserve Plantation Neighborhood” is up and running. This notice is to introduce our organization to those who may be interested in joining our cause. We have retained Mr. David Leroy and have attached his letter to the Garden City Attorney.

The meeting and the agenda for the December 21st Garden City Planning and Zoning (P&Z) meeting listed on the letter did not include the golf course R-2 to SAP rezoning request—so did not require our attendance. We do want all neighbors to know that P&Z meetings are the third Wednesday of every month. The pending January agenda does include the SAP rezoning request from the Taunton Group and Lincoln National. We would like as many neighbors as possible to attend that meeting.

Mr. Leroy will be there to present our concerns. He will also be available to meet with concerned homeowners following the meeting.
