The video above is a snippet from the Planning and Zoning Committee hearing on May 24, 2023. Kent Brown, who serves on both the Planning and Zoning Committee and on the Plantation HOA board, discusses the Master Declaration Contract (MDC) as it relates to the SAP application.

The MDC applies to all homeowners in the Plantation Neighborhood as well as the entire golf course property. Read the June 2013 Plantation Master Association newsletter that discusses the enforceability of the CC&Rs, and note that the newsletter states Kent Brown was the Director at Large at the time.
