This is a neighborhood meeting, required by Garden City, to discuss a Minor Land Division Application related to The Residences at the River Club. The purpose is to separate the SAP acreage into four parcels for development purposes. Three of the parcels represent the three sub districts of the SAP. The fourth parcel is The River Club Golf Course. Attendance will be taken and recorded. Please plan to attend.
