Possible Reopening of Public Comments

Madam Clerk and other Officers:

Could you please see that the attached letter is in the hands of Mr. Rasmussen on Wednesday night after 5:30pm when the second action agenda item, The River Club SAP, is considered for further process. We have been advised by both the Planning Office and the City Attorney that the Chairman at that time will decide whether to reopen public comments or order the Commission to move directly to deliberations and a vote. The letter attached hereto seeks and explains the need for the former result.
